I hereby lodge a formal complaint against B2B Hint regarding the unauthorized publication and processing of my personal information and company information on your website. It has come to my attention that your platform has published information relating to both myself and my company, KSM Technologies (Pty) Ltd, without my knowledge or consent. The information displayed includes personal and sensitive details, including physical address information, contact information, and other data that should not be publicly accessible. This publication is deeply concerning for the following reasons: I never granted consent for my personal information or company information to be published on your platform. Some of the information displayed is outdated, inaccurate, and misleading. Certain information published, particularly my physical address, creates a serious safety and security risk and may potentially endanger my life and the safety of my family. The unauthorized publication of this information may constitute a violation of applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa and other international data protection principles. I therefore demand the following actions with immediate effect: The complete removal of all personal information relating to me from your website and databases; The removal of all sensitive company information published without authorization; Written confirmation that the information has been permanently deleted and will not be republished; Disclosure of the source from which my information was obtained. Should this matter not be resolved urgently, I reserve all my rights to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Information Regulator of South Africa, and to pursue legal remedies available to me.
My business account is always investigated by their ***** department whenever SARS pays our VAT refunds and recently they decided to take a huge sum of money from my account without giving me any valid reasons. Please stay away from this bank.
Their data is the cheapest but the service is very poor. I have a business in Gauteng and Mpumalanga, everything works well when I'm in Gauteng but as soon as I head to Mpumalanga I cannot receive calls not to mention data services. It was much better when they were using MTN for roaming but now that they are using Vodacom nothing works, even Vodacom itself doesn't work From Moloto all the way past Kwaggafontein. I'm seriously considering porting to MTN if the situation doesn't improve
No internet connection in Tembisa despite the cellphones showing a 4G connection and the call centre staff is completely clueless. I'm really getting no joy using their network and to make matters worse, I have three contracts with them.
