Unethical and dishonest

Do not trust this company. They are unethical and dishonest. I “sold” my car to the dealership last Friday on the condition I would receive payment yesterday, 17 September. This was confirmed to me by Louis who handled the transaction. I have still not received payment and now I have been told they will only pay the balance of my settlement amount and the sales amount (sometime tomorrow) and the rest only at the end of the month to the bank! I spoke to their staff member Louis, yesterday morning at 8:00 and he promised payment would be made by early afternoon, and then again at 16:30 and asked him to return my car until I receive payment and his response was they are going home and will not return my car. After all of this I gave them an extra day to arrange payment which was not done. I will arrange to get my car back tomorrow myself and proceed to report them to the relevant authorities and financial institutions. Owner just sent a message stating they will arrange for my car to be returned but did not even offer an apology.
