I need to return a laptop for repairs. One cannot log a return on their website. It has been more than three weeks now that I have tried to log a return, they do not respond to email nor do they have a telephone number. Use someone else.

I placed two orders in November 2024, lured by their promise that 'All orders will take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive once confirmed and paid.' Three months later, one order remains a complete mess—items are still missing, and the other, a refurbished laptop, is malfunctioning again and return cannot be logged on their site. Attempts to log a return or repair have been futile thanks to the glitchy website. Worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent. Complaints about their abysmal service go unanswered, leaving you stranded with no recourse. If you’re a small business without the budget for legal muscle to fight these failures, steer clear. Find a supplier that actually delivers—on products and support."
On their website there is no way to add products to a cart nor information on how to go about the purchase. The only options available are "Payflex" and "Mobicred", When I phoned for assistance the person who received my call was unprofessional and rude. The WhatsApp option for assistance was never answered, even after more than hours wait. I suggest one looks elsewhere.
This company will not consider your requests nor your complaints, neither will their shop in Knysna assist. I have been paying for a service I am unable to use for the last two months. There are NO accountability when comes to after sale service. I requested a relocation of my ADSL line to a new home, 4.5 km from my previous residence. I have been sent from pillar to post with NO HELP. Their way of doing business is questionable and unethical. They ignored my rights as a consumer. But what can an individual do?
