Most Useless Customer Service ever, no communication from their debtors and whenever you call them the phone gets put down in your ear !! Funny story is that I even went for a couple of Interviews with Vox however I declined multiple times due to the fact I was told by one of the Employees that their after sales service ie Accounts are Useless, imagine signing a business contract with them and then you as the sales person gets hounded due to incompetency from their accounts department
is there something wrong with the internet at this bank, every week there seems to be a issue to log into the internet banking facility or the App, then I get a response we will provide feedback in 5 working days???? HOW THE **** AM I SUPPOSED TO USE MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!! seems like they are following a real South African trend, to be incompetent and utterly USELESS
