Fraudsters

I would like to report that this company called Shangeni Marketing is taking money of the amount R89.99 from my Capitec bank account for the past 2 months. I didn't sign anything with them or receive a call from them. How did Capitec bank allow this to happen?-I've stopped this debit order and I'm hoping it won't happen again. Can these fraudsters be looked into.
