Worst service ever!
I have Purchased a matress from Visco Pedic in 2017 - this year, I had the matress washed with a professional cleaning company and the foam collapsed, I had to make a plan to even the foam out in order to sleep on the matress, witch resulted me in cutting the matress. When the cleaning company came out to wash the matress, I also realized that the matress torn lose from the bottom part, I have never seen this before as my domestic worker changes my bedding. After making contact with them on the 12th of April, I am still awaiting on this to be resolved.

Pathetic service
Im still waiting for my order to be delivered. After the company said online they use aramex courier and the slimming tablets will be delivered with in 24 hours. Its almost been two weeks since Ive made payment. I mailed them 4 times, paid R550. 00 and still no feedback as of yet. There is no telephone number as to where I can a hold of them. They also mention they mail you back in a matter of 2 hours.
