Bought a product. Took home and checked contents. Found manufacturing date as November 2016. Wanted to return but was told that product was good for a year after opening so manufacturers date was of no consequence Was told that since seal was broken they could not refund. I realized that actually there was no seal when I purchased so the product had previously been opened. This meant that product could have been open on the shelf since 2016. I was getting an inferior product Indicated that I had not opened. Was treated like a liar. Left product with them. Nobody stopped me. They kept product and my money. The the****** was amazed since she has seen clients use a product and return because they did not feel satisfied after use. They received a refund. Why was I treated differently and why is there nit a policy that says “check the seals before paying” Have been using this facility for a while. Will never go back and will send message to all my friends who I have sent
