REPLY TO PENELOPE COMPLAINT ABOUT K&K TRAILERS We at K and K trailers take pride in our work and our trailers are know to be the best quality. Penelope it saddens us to hear your complaint as we were communicating at the time with 3 different people regarding the trailer, and on completion wasn't collected straight away. One of your business partners came in and advised us not to deal with you at all. You personally came to collect the trailer we were in the office and you never complaint at all to us when you were there as a business woman the right thing to do was to complain to us personally as this would be the professional way, and not to go complain after you collected and left. We have manufactured 100's of trailers and there will always be someone that is just not satisfied with anything you do... K & K TEAM
