Unacceptable Experience with LateganMuller Property Group
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from LateganMuller Property Group, and I'm shocked by their unprofessional behavior. We completed a job for them, and after their inspection, there was only one minor snag that needed to be fixed. We promptly addressed the issue, but now they're refusing to pay us for the work we've done, as well as extra work done which was approved by all parties involved. It's unbelievable that a company of their stature would stoop so low and not honor their payment obligations. We've fulfilled our contractual duties, and it's only fair that they pay us for our services. Their refusal to do so is a clear breach of trust and a sign of poor business ethics. I would not recommend doing business with LateganMuller Property Group to anyone. Their lack of integrity and disrespect for contractors is appalling. Until they resolve this issue and make things right, I urge others to be cautious when dealing with them.

Payments outstanding
Please be careful when doing business with the Garden Route Pipe Reliners, we have done work for them which was completed in August 2023. They have outstanding invoices that should have been paid already, they do not answer calls or emails. If we have success in calling them from another phone we only get excuses. Please do not do business with this company!

Sanlam has very poor service delivery!
Sanlam has very poor service delivery! My father passed away four years ago, my mother paid transfer fees for the house to be put in her name as it was in my fathers name. My mother decided this week that she wants to sell the house to buy something smaller, the estate agents then let her know that the house was never put in her name...although she paid the transfer fees. She contacted Sanlam Secunda branch where the consultant just told her that she forgot to do the transfer. How do you forget to do that, you are supposed to be competent in your job, you are working with peoples money but you cant even be bothered by this!? What else is there then that was not done? My mother asked to be emailed a statement of her policies etc so she can check up on matters and was then told by the consultant that it is not her job to do it, if my mother wants it she has to visit their offices and ask for it. Seriously! Unfortunately I cannot state my anger and frustration on this platform, but Sanlam is one of the worst companies I know of.
