Loan not paid
I app**** for loan they made me take last money pay surity, the said they will pay out the loan nothing has been done they left me stranded as I had not funds to go home I slept on the street and missed writing exams. I am furious they don't answer any my calls until now nothing paid

Opening account
My experience opening a capitec account was out of world experience. I did not have stand line the acc was opened seconds using app I got my card and was done I spend less then 20min in bank. First time I received such quality service and experience.

Unhelpful regarding exchange of shoes
What bad service I logged a complain 5 days ago noone called me I had to call to find out what happened with regards to my complained they called the shop and the person I am complaining about who was so unhelpful called me how do u resolve a complaint like that no 1 she was not even apologising she rather became angry with me so unprofessional I have never been treated so badly I buy almost every day from Woolworths and this is what I get they not taking me serious the Woolworths that helped me is balfour park thanks to them but I am very unhappy with Woolworths Melrose Arch.
