I made a transaction. Wanted to cancel the transaction. The private banking call centre send me forms to do this 2 different forms from different people at the centre. I was suppose to fill in and send back. After 4 Hours on the line no futher than where I started. Lucky for me a teller in the bank came and correct me. you cant do this sir. You can call the ***** department. Valueable time and anxious moments and those who is support joke and fool arround. Kudos to the teller who told me the truth so that I can see a Lawyer about the matter!
