Bad service
Standing from 7o’clock at Centurion to offload, up to now 18:08 they didn’t attend to offload truck. Trucks are backing up and the people at receiving have a don’t care attitude. Every day it’s the same story. If you compare them with Capetown or Durban the a null on a contract.

Subtropico no service
Waiting from 04:00 up to 06:25 to offload 4 pallets tomatoes. Andre the agent just say you can wait , but let the truck just be late then he is the first to phone the farmer. Subtropico vegetable worst agent at Jhb market

No service and asking for a bribe
Did a delivery at your DC Chloorkop, after waiting 2 hours for my papers the checker comes up to me and said he can push my papers for R50. Woow Makro can’t you pay your people decent salaries

Nulaid bad service
Arrived 6:30 am at their premises. Start offloading at 8:00 am finish 14:50. The people got a don’t care attitude and don’t wanna work. Managed is not beter if you go and complain

No service at Freshmark DC Centurion
Waiting 4hrs to offload 8 pallets of peaches. The staff in the office just ignores you and tell you you can do them nothing.
