This is the worst insurance company ever, they are moving my wife from pillar to post regarding paying a claim. Jolien has nothing but useless in solving the issue, the auto body shop emailed her and she has not even responded to them. No info on whether the claim will be paid or not. The broker who is contracted to them is nowhere to be found and the number is off. This is a case for the FAIS.
