I have not even been an active customer for 1 day and already the service is non existent. New fibre installation yesterday. Rooter installation today and no service. No way to contact you after hours either. Between RSAWEB, Vumatel and Buzybuy it is just a mess. Ticket logged at 12:39 - 2919192 dor no connection with no further communication. My LTE was canceled last Wednesday already by Buzybuy/Vox. I requested that they keep it active until the new line is sorted, but no. 1 week without service for a paying customer is totally unacceptable. Service in this country is really ****
I was employed by the company for a period of time during which they deducted PAYE for the period March and April 2017, but never declared the payments to SARS. I have been requesting an updated IRP5 from Mandy at the company since 2nd July 2018, but with no such luck. SARS will not pay me out, because the moneys were clearly not paid over to SARS. In my books this is called stealing!
