If anyone tries to sell you any telecommunications/printer/CCTV packages relating to Freedom Samsung or TFA Direct/TFA Communications, beware, they are all just a new name for IP Solutions. If you don't know anything about IP Solutions, search here on Hello Peter, and you'll receive enough backgroud details about them. They have beautiful presentations and promises of service etc, but once you've signed the contracts and all is said and done, forget about service. They don't reply to emails when you have a problem. They will phone you and promise immediate service, but nothing on email and it could take up to a month before some problems are sorted out... The directors are never available and response is pathetic. Stay away. The technical/support team who is suppose to look after you sits in Cape Town (all IP solutions), and head office is in Midrand. This is IP solutions with a bit of restructuring and a new name and new face...
