They scheduled a date to complete the installation which I paid for In January and they never came for the third time and did not even call me but they took my money

I’ve had the worst experience ever as a first time costumers I’m so disappointed in the service I’m getting .i paid for R399 package deal for fibre in 26 January 2024 until now it not connected and they not giving me straight answers to a point one of their technicians swear at me for asking for answers

Bad service (attitude)
I came in to order while I was still talking to the lady at the counter ,some lady in the kitchen gave me some attitude that I must decide if I want to order or not they want to close ,I had to cancel my due to the attitude I got .(Rocky bunny at umhlanga)

I wanted to deposite the money inside the bank , they said they can't help me because the person working on depositing teller is on lunch
