Poor business and services

We signed up, try to use it for days and contacted the customer service, no help at all. Decided to cancel and took more than a month when they responded. There reply every time we call is "I'll talk to my supervisor and will come back to us". They've never called, we must call. Eventually they spoke to there supervisor, after a month we call again for answers, they said we can't cancel because we took to long. We have never used there services. We gave them an option, they don't have to give all the money back, we just want to cancel.............
