On 28 July 2015 their online shop (SHOPTHERAPY) allowed me to place an order and pay for it without being registered on their website. They didn't charge me any delivery fees even though their policy states that they have a delivery fee of R69. I called Carol on the 011-2620155 number provided on their website. She asked me to either pay the R69 over to their account or she could cancel the order for me, but they unfortunately only do returns on Fridays, which means they will only then be able to refund me my money. I opted for the refund option. Upon checking this morning (Monday 3 August) no refund has taken place and I've been trying the number on their website all morning, it gives an engaged tone. I also emailed all the addresses on their website and no one has responded as of yet.
