Higher rate for poor service
They charge higher rate than normal price, Phones are not functional well after months of purchase

Treat people like Dog
Mr price Good day this is bad service from MR price, i made a payment via SID INSTANT PAYMENT OPTION, hoping to get my order within a reasonable time frame. i didn't expect to be treated like a dog from the store that i buy my clothing from. YOU GUYS ARE TREATING ,ME LIKE A DOG and what is painful is that i am paying for this stuff and am not using credit, now am gonna be liable to pay bank charges for this amount when it cames to account. As a customer who has proof that payment was made successfully you, i should get my order. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST experience THAT I HAVE EVER CAME ACCROSS. MR PRICE TREATED ME LIKE A DOG AND FOR THAT i AM REGRETFUL FOR THIS experience . I never thought that i would one-day be treated like a dog or get this treatment from you. I will advise all my friend to never use or OPT for this SID instant payment because its not reliable. This has been the worst customer care experience that i have ever dealt with. You totally ruined my plan. Stop treating me like this. I am paying for this stuff not the other way round. Regards Unhappy customer. Isaac Mathavha
