The reason for my one star rating is as follows: a Property was advertised which I was very interested in. I went to the viewing and there I received a application form. Immediately after the viewing I went home to fill out the application form and send it away. After a week of no response I contacted Pat via e-mail to request more info and feedback. She then replied saying that the property has already been taken. I immediately noticed that I have not received and read receipt from my application form. This means that a tenant was selected without my application form being considered. I feel that this is VERY unprofessional and that I have been treated unfairly. Really, really poor service.
