Horrible experience. I wanted to change the surname on a ticket from Johannesburg to Accra. I submitted an online form and called to find out if the change was made and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. No one responded. I called after 48 hours and I was told that I had to upgrade the ticket to change the name. Initially I was told that it was R2800 to upgrade the ticket and R500 for the name change. I paid R2800. Then I was told that actually it would cost R4000 to do the name change. The consultant that helped me was Nokthula Ngwenya. She had no clue. Asked to speak to a manager, not available couldn’t call me back. Guys it’s a joke, a circus. Don’t use SAA.
This guy is a con artist. He isn't even concerned with quality of the website or even with the site working! Horrible experience. Horrible service! He literally expects you to pay him and then do the work you paid him to do.
