UNFAIRLY RETRENCHED! Email received: I already sent you your reference letter and your creditors letter. The UIF 19 will be sent with your payslip. We agreed on the end of this month and 16th of November, your reply was still there is nothing you can do if that is what it is. NO PAYSLIP OR UI19 received to date 2018/11/18 NO PAYMENT RECEIVED AS PER AGREEMENT ON 2018/11/16. Now they dont answer phones or messages. My family is dependant on this money. They retrenched me on a FIXED TERM CONTRACT of 1 year after 5 months due to operational requirements which was notmy fault. I was promised work for a year and this is their childish behaviour?!
