Lucid credit it the the most useless company I have ever delta with . With the beginning it's all sunshine and roses. But once you go a head and pay them to do a service for you . That's where it ends . If you don't call them you never get feed back. They don't reply to emails . And they definitely do do what they say they going to do in the time frame they give you . After two months I'm still getting the same answer. So they definitely not a company I would recommend to any one . Please do not waste you time or your money, because you will be let down
To all the people who deal with lucid credit good luck they are extremely slow , hardly give you feed back , and there time frame to remove a itc listing constantly changes . I was put in touch with lucid credit through a bond originator. When I applyed for a bond . I contacted them and everything went really well in the first 5 days or so I got good feed back and then the frustration started . I enlisted there services on the 8-10-18 and was told in my welcome pack it would take 7-20 days to rectify my listing witch I had been trying to get standard bank to update scince August witch I had no luck doing on my own . So I thought this is great 7-20 day and no more problems . This however was not the case . It is now the 21-11-18 and I'm still being told basically the same thing. That they are waiting for standard bank. I feel I paid them for a service witch they provide a time frame for and they have not delivered. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of betty . If I'm luck I will get a response to a email with in 48 hours if not I phone there office's to try and get feed back . If I had to treat my customers the way I'm being treated. I would have non and I would be with out work . Because there is no customer service at lucid credit. I phoned to betty to day 21-11-18 at 11:50 after not reviving a response to a email I sent on the 19-11-18 at around 8am and a email I sent at around 7:30am on the 21-11-18 . I was then told her computer was off and she'd call me back in 10 minutes. Witch she did only to tell me they still waiting for standard bank. And there time frame is now 60 days and no longer 20 . Which upset me a lot and I was rude and upset on the phone witch is unprofessional from my side but I think it is understandable .I was then told my matter should be resolved by close of business on Friday and I would receive feed back from betty be for 5pm on 23-11-18 but I'm not holding my breath. I feel company's like this really need change and improve there service. That is why I'm writing this review hopefully the directors of the company see this and try improve there service , because the service I have received I would not recommend them to anyone
