Wedding venue
We planned the service and wedding at Wits End for May 2020, due to COVID-19, we postponed it to December 2020. Wits End postponed the wedding with no new conditions, the wedding was to go forward as originally discussed. Estelle from Wits End and her "dream team" were amazing people to work with nothing was to much trouble, a plan was always made and there was always a back up plan should things go Topsy Turvey i.e. starts raining, load shedding to name a few. Whenever my daughter contacted Estelle with a proposal or concern, she was always greeted with a smile and a solution and reassurance. Nothing fazed Estelle or her team, her organizational skills are well-honed . they are professionals who know what they are doing and we could trust them implicitly, which was important as we are live in Krugersdorp and Johannesburg. The reception venue was beautifully decorated and everything went off without a hitch (barring the rain!) Thank you, Ladies, your are the best!

THE COMPUTER WAS DELIVERED AT 08:00
WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS TO COMMUNICATE AND DEAL WTIH THE STAFF AT TECHRESTORED, BRYANSTON. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL WITH THE SPECS FOR A RESTORED COMPUTER, ASKING IF THEY COULD SUPPLY ONE. I HAD A MOST PROFESSIONAL REPLY THE SAME DAY RE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR ME. I REQUESTED A QUOTATION THE NEXT MORNING , WHICH WAS AGAIN RECEIVED ON THE SAME DAY AGAINST WHICH THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY MYSELF ON THE SAME DAY. 42 HOURS LATER THE COMPUTER WAS DELIVERD AT 08:00. UNFORUNATELY, "MURPHY'S LAW", THE CABLE DID NOT WORK BUT REPLACEMENT WAS DELIVERED AT THE NEXT DAY. 08:00 = SERVICE +++. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR ADVICE , SUPPORT AND GREAT SERVICE!

Car battery call out
I was stuck with a flat battery in Robindale, Randburg on the 25th March. Not knowing the area, I used Google Maps to find the nearest battery centre. The Battery Clinic in Ferndale came up. My call was answered immediately by a friendly and helpful man who asked the right questions and promised to have someone arrive within 40 mins. 40 mins later Derrick arrived, sorted my car out with the new battery, tested it and left 20 mins later . The Battery Clinic staff are highly recommended as being efficient, professional and having good customer relations .

Quality service from Cotton Road
Ordered an item on Cotton Road website , paid for it and it was delivered to my home in Krugersdorp within 24 hours ! Now that is service! Plus , to my delight, I received two quality surprise gifts. Kudos to Cotton Road whose products are of a very good quality and so is their service.

Excellent service from Floors Direct, Strubens Valley
Floors Direct, Strubens Valley team are to be congratulated on their service delivery. They were friendly , professional, knew their product , kept their promises re delivery times and fitting of flooring. Thabo Marota (salesman ) was most helpful and did his job professionally in selling the product, arrived at our house to give a quote as arranged. Elias and his fitting crew arrived on time, were professional, laying the flooring in good time , finishing the job quietly and properly. I strongly recommend Floors Direct , Strubens Valley.
