I orders family feast 10 got 8 pieces ,they always do that .i have never had my full order . Since I have been ordering from them I have always complained they don’t pack full order of what we payed for I have had to go back for wings ,cold drink and mash this time its two pieces .i called and complained spoke to Gugu the manager and she said she will send some one since I don’t stay far , no one contacted me guess I have to spend my airtime to follow up .I am so disappointed at their service imagine waiting for almost an hour old to get incomplete order.Maybe one should go on social media to get get attention.
I have and educational plan with them for about 7 years and I am struggling to get an update.with the maturity of my insurance ...I am given a run around but every month they debit my account without fail and they send all the products they can offer me but cant answer a simple question. I have called emailed and went to their westgate branch to date I cant get help . I demand a call from someone who will.be able.to.give me answers.......
