They are refusing to give a settlement letter. No customer service with absolutely *********** staff.
I have been with oneplan insurance for a long time and i have always received great service. In my most recent experience, i was assisted by Shannen McPherson who is an absolute star.
A sales and marketing business that is fruadulently debiting people's Bank accounts. I have been phoning the company every day for the past 3 weeks n still have not been helped or refunded. I initially spoke with a consultant by the name of Themba who promised that he would get management to call me back. After waiting and not receiving any feedback I called everyday and speak with Samantha who is also a consultant and she refuses to let me speak with management. Their customer care is terrible and they seem to be a bunch of rogues. Please assist with a way forward.
