The Phonebook Company - Scamming people

A lady from The Phonebook Company phoned our Company, stating that they just need to update our details and renew our Business Directory advert for the next 2 years. She confirmed that they add the monthly installment on our Telkom account. (Which we use to do with Telkom its self). I asked her several times via e-mail to confirm that they are part of Telkom, she always phoned back but never responded via e-mail. Now that I don't want to pay, she wants me to pay 45% of the invoice generated as a cancellation fee. Please beware of them.
