Goods purchased never arrived. people who answer the contact details are dodgy characters who just try to string you along in to believing you will get your goods. When I insisted on getting her managers number: she gave me a random persons number who had no clue what I'm talking about! luckily the Bank was able to reverse the transaction after 30 days.
This business is definitely a scam! I tried different vendors and did not deliver activation keys. Activation key links do not work!
I would like to place on record my complaint with regard to Telkom's shocking inefficiency in expediting a simple phone contract order & the unnecessary inconvenience one has to go through, trying to contact them. I placed an order online on 24 November 2018 for a mobile phone contract (the freebie offered with the contract was claimed to have been sold out). My order was processed by a consultant named Thembalihle on the 25th November. Thereafter, on the 27th November I've received an sms from Telkom stating that my contract has been approved. My Banking reports prove that Telkom has already deducted the money from my account on the same day. However, many days have gone by, yet I have not received any clue as to when my order will be delivered nor a call from the delivery company to arrange for delivery (as promised by the consultant). This is simply unacceptable! What is more shocking is that I cannot get through to a consultant via a call (after waiting for more than 10 minutes at a time) nor through the online chat feature on their website over the last 2 days. It is also important to point out here that the number given to me by the consultant who processed my call "does not exist". Telkom seems be very qu pick to take your money but slow on delivery. it is really frustrating to be left in suspense. I did not expect such a break down in communication when dealing with such an established company.
