Horrible customer service and lack of communication from Land and Sea Property Management! Debit order in place for all Levy's to be deducted (at least that is what I thought) this arrangement has been in place since 2003. July 2018 I received a registered letter demanding settlement of levies that has not been paid for, in 3 years. I am not clear as to why the debit order has been cancelled as RCI who is affiliated with them has been receiving their funds on time from the same bank account I have been using for years! Why contact was only made after 3 years of not receiving their monies has me baffled. They are wanting to claim all timeshare points (that has been paid for in cash) to settle the Levy fees not received. I will be taking this matter further as no communication received from them regarding this issue within the 3 years, even though I have been on holiday and using my timeshare to book. I require answers (Suzanne Keet is not much help!) as I will not be settling this with my timeshare points due to their lack of competence.
