Whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. I order an item end of August 2024 and it is now 30 November and it has not been delivered. I have requested a refunded and I was told it would take 14 days and it has been well over a month without getting my money back! They are ****mers!
I found two flies on two separate slices of bread from Albany. I can't even begin to express the shock I underwent and the flies were baked into the bread. I reported the issue exactly a month ago and I was promised feed back . I am still waiting for the situation to be rectified. I contacted both Albany and Tiger brands through their social media platforms and each promised, again, to resolve the situation. The company does not care about customer service, the employees do not care about customer service as I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions by telephone, email and social media. Andre certainly doesn't care nor does the rest of the team from Tiger brands
The worst experience I have ever encountered as it's been a month with my claim not resolved. Tumelo Mabidikama was assigned to be my claim consultant and has refused to do his job as he doesn't answer emails or return calls. After having submitted ALL the required information within a week of the claim, over a month later Tammy, the claims team leader still is telling me that more information is required. No one is doing their job as I have to repeadly email the same info and still be the one, as the client, to chase after Momentum's employees in order to get an update or for just someone to do their job! None of them are ever available telephonically each time I call and I can't even reach customer service personnel.
I bought a spray from one the stands this company puts up in malls. Upon realizing that this is not the item I wanted I asked to be given a refund and the employee actually refused. She lied and said they don't deal in cash, after that she continued to say she cant refund me cz they can not do refunds. After informing her how illegal that is she went on to tell me that it has to be done at the office two days later. It has been over two weeks now I have been dealing with the office people and I have not received my refund! The lady at the reception Chanell is unprofessional, laughed at me whilst I was talking to her and demands to solve all issues herself whilst she claims to be just the receptionist! The entire staff is unprofessional and they have no proper manner of conducting business and I will be placing a formal complaint against them with the ombudsman. If you see them at Cape gate Mall in Cpt do not buy from them!!
