TFA DIRECT

The last couple of years we have been having endless problems with our business telephone system. Especially after sale service and maintenance. So along comes TFA Direct, lots and lots of promises. The latest technology, no more telecom lines, efficient after sales service 24/7 Blah blah blah. Since installation we've had problems, endless problems. No maintenance or feedback whatsoever. Even at stages when none of our phones worked at all. No incoming or outgoing calls. Endless calls and promises from their technical division, whom we found out was the same "zero help crowd" from the previous contractor. Please be very careful and make sure you don't step into the same trap!!!
