Sadly products was sold to me and my wife, and they gladly take the money every month but never have I heard a word after signing the payment debit orders. I attempted to email around 2 weeks ago and my emails all are returned, seems the broker that was so keen to sign have moved on and never informed clients or handed account over and no follow up. I will be cautious before signing anything with this company, as yes it is an employee but the company should have measures in place to prevent this from happening considering it is not considered a small company, and we all already know how ***** insurance can be, I am not even dead yet and struggle to get any action on my accounts
If you want a hospital plan, it might work but medical aid, not so sure. Since I moved to Bestmed I seem to pay for everything and do not see any benefit for what I pay. To top it off, I need to see a specialist as I have infection in my Jaw due to a tooth growing into another. So obviously I need to use the network doctors and hospitals, but here is the thing, I am told the specialist on the network is at Eugene Marais, but my network hospital is Medi Clinic, so I need to see a specialist at Mediclinic but it wont be covered because they not on the network, bottom line I will most Certainly move my medical aid comes January 2025, cannot see how they classify as medical aid? Believe me they are about a R 1000 less per month than my previous medical aid, but with all I have had to pay to date I am probably paying around R 3000 more than I did before per month, the only real compliment I can give them is the sales team is very good
*********** staff that cannot do their job properly. Cynthia in the accounts department incorrectly submitted my bill to medical aid and was rejected. After consulting with medical aid they confirmed funds was available ( R 3000 and the claim was only R 1560 odd) all Cynthia had to do is her job and submit it correctly with the correct codes. This was in 2023 around October, after numerous emails and phone calls she never resubmitted this, now March 2024 suddenly you are handed over ??? Obviously Medical aid wont pay it now as the year has lapsed, forcing me to pay this bill. I reluctantly paid this under forced circumstances due to one person being ***********. if you are a cash client I guess it is fine, if you have medical aid, rather choose a different service provider that has some understanding on how to submit claims. Worst of all was even in 2023 we were never emailed or notified the bill was not paid, we simply received an SMS stating we are handed over, how is that for making your job someone else's problem. Pathetic is all I can say
A great improvement to have rep****, but the matter is not resolved as even after I was send a Certificate and a nil balance statement, my sons account was debited even though we have emailed at least twice a week asking for information, and when we received it we stated very clearly we are not interested but Bonitas then decided to debit the account anyway While we at it, as I am still a member of bonitas, my wife has been struggling now for at least two weeks with emails and watts apps, to get hospital clearance for an operation I have due in two weeks. Maybe employ more competent people, and I don't say this lightly as for the past two years my wife had to do the admin and send a spread sheet monthly, as the consultants allocate anything and everything to daily benefits, instead of specialists or PMB etc. I assume many clients do not really know and understand benefits so they just pay up, where my wife knows it better than most and don't just accept what we receive Bottom line my sons account needs to be refunded, and please look at all emails and watts apps send on my personal medical aid. thanks It would also be great of the person that responds to Hello Peter as an email, as then maybe I can get hold of someone at Bonitas without having to publish these revies
As bad as many, but the biggest *******. Caught twice by them, how stupid can one be. I was with Discovery for many years and on one of the best packages they had at the time, until I got older. The doctors informed me I need to start using chronic Cholesterol and blood pressure tablets. My attempt to get this approved was less than successful. They wrote me a fancy email that their computer had determined that I am not likely to have a heart attack for at least 20 years into the future, what an amazing computer. I then decided fine I will not be using these tablets as they are pricy. Guess what a year later I had a serious heart attack and almost died. Needless to say I then cancelled them and all my letters went un answered. A few years back my wife and kids joined them and as most medical aids they were not the worst during this period. Then suddenly in December my wife gets not even two weeks notice her premium will Double the 1st of January. She could not afford this so instructed them to cancel it. Guess what they still informed her she needs to give a months notice and had to pay this, so half her December bonus went down the drain. What a country we live in that these medical aids can do as they like, and believe me Bonita's is even worse, although Discovery is the biggest *******
We all know medical aids have become very expensive and is always a fight. I do think Bonitas takes the cake though, after struggling for a month by having to complete an application, and receiving continuous incorrect information just wanting a proper quote, I decided about a week ago they are *********** and I will not be joining them. Guess what, even though I cancelled my application before I even agreed to be a part of them, they have the arrogance to inform me, I need to give them a months notice and they are debiting my account. Wow how cheeky considering how useless they are. I will make sure my cancellation month my entire family will visit all medical providers, the money I have to pay they will pay out three times. What ever happened to consumer rights and the medical board protecting the public. The worst and most *********** I have dealt with in my entire life. You will also note they have an amazing website but no area for ratings, and they do not respond to these type of revies, be warned they are *******
Been to Acrobranch many times, I have seen the new park at Casalinga Mulders drift and are keen to join on the opening, I am sure this will be an awesome park
At first when we joined this organization it was amazing, in fact even wrote a 5 star review. Sadly in the past 12 months plus it has only gone from great to terrible. Organizing is none to zero, my wife that is due for black belt has been waiting for more than 12 months for a black belt grading, my daughter that was due for second dan and has done all evaluations and paid for it, also eventually gave up as they are just paying month to month but with no reward, sadly after along run my wife is now short of her black belt. It is amazing that the other belts that started here can do two belts at a time and go from white to black tip in just about 2 years. The so called Academy is no longer that, it is now in a church and 4 classes a week became two yet the price increased ? The church has no facilities only the floor and all classes forced into these two classes, we paid in dollars for the kids black belts just to be told after that the person that was suppose to grade was not available so they only have a National belt and not an international belt, and worse after a year of phoning Duncan and eventually threatening him did they receive the certificates on a text message. I can write a book, I even emailed Gerhard and he chose not to respond to my email. It is so sad as I believe Gerhard is very good, but somewhere the wheels came of this academy and I cannot believe that SASCOC continues to support and or allow this academy that is embarrassing to the sport to continue trading. We are now finished with it, sadly we do not wish on any one else to walk the same road with no end in sight. so hopefully someone will do something about this

I always use to enjoy Kentucky, although I have to add our opinion and that of almost every friend we have are clearly under the impression KFC standards in the past few years have dropped. So much so that it use to be a monthly treat, but as I had a few bad experiences in 2021, we stopped buying Kentucky. This weekend we had family over and as we were busy we decided to give KFC another go. What a disaster. Firstly they steal from you as the majority of the time we buy a 21 piece bucket and never check it, but in this case we had 10 people to feed and decided the 21 piece will work well, as it would be 2 pieces each, guess what only 19 pieces in the bucket. (take 1 or 2 from every client and how much profit is that) The mash was also clearly diluted, as with the Gravy my normal soup is thicker, at least the dogs enjoyed it, and of course and chest part of the bucket is so dry you want to choke, I am just sorry I have given them so many opportunities, but NEVER again, totally disgusted ( this time it was Blue Valley mall, but on previous occasions it has been more than one branch
