Lost money from builder they referred me to
Referred a builder who could not build, did not do proper screening of contractors like they say they do.

Wasted my money
Did a poor job on reupholstering my couch, seams are all skew and it was delivered dirty. Said they would collect it and redo it but never came.

JAF Electrical not recommended
Charged for work not done and did not come to site to complete the work. Exorbitant after hours call out fee charged when DB board tripped after they had worked there he day. Did not inform us of cost beforehand. Left us with a mess of electrical wiring and work undone. Costing a lot to pick up where they left us. So upsetting.

Aqualine Plumbing not recommended
Installed toilet vent inside a bathroom apprently against regulation which had to be redone. Installed outsude gulley which came apart within 1 month. Installed new plumbing to old geyser instead of to new geyser per request. Very little communication and defensive attitude. Not a good experience and cost a lot, have to redo the work.

Barwit Construction not recommended
Poor construction services - seems shortcuts were taken, paint peeling off badly made sandy plaster within 3 months, plumbing work had to be redone, electrical work charged for but not done, roof jounts not secure, windows installed skew, door frames not straight, rough rhinoliting when meant to be smooth, unfriendly staff, lack of supervision, incident of staff theft uncompensated for. Unfinished work and so much to be redone. Not recommended. Traumatic experience.
