Absa App is ****. You cant literally purchase or make payments or redeem rewards as it says "network available" or use data and when you switch from data to data problem still persists. I bought electricity using the WhatsApp app too but token was not sent to me only to be told that I should login to resend to myself or call the service provider (BLUE LABEL) that is not even answering or returning call. In addition, the internet banking keeps on logging off or just browsing. There is no convenience at all. This is really poor poor service. If this persists I see myself going elsewhere. We can't be reporting same thing over and over again.
Great service provided by Kwenza Ngubane - Claims Administrator when I claimed for my phone via IOM Monitor. The guy was patient and understanding. His service is excellent.
