Best view with good service
This is still the best place to bring visitors because the view is so amazing and the service is better than most in Cape Town. The menu is kind of standard and does not change enough (minus a star) but the food is good enough not to embarrass us, lol.

Vultures who prey on the elderly and frail.
No shame at all. Repeat phone calls to my aunt who is elderly and very frail. They even bring gifts and pretend to care about her. They call her repeatedly. They tell her selling the house will "help" her. Janine Stevenson is the agent who will not let go. Is this even legal?

Nice escape with kids
Different from run of the mill coffee shops with lots of options for fussy eaters (children!) and beautiful relaxing garden area.

Not professional
They will take your money and do the job, but it will not be fast and there will be many cancelations and long stories about why. After that you will never get them to come and do follow up. Terrible customer service, very frustrating.
