Fraudulent Debit

I am so frustrated with the above mentioned “companies” an agent called selling me a life cover which I refused. I checked my account on Saturday and found that these companies tried to debit my account but there was no funds as a result my unpaid items amounted to R1063 I want my money reimbursed I don’t have a contract with any of them and did not authorize any debit order.
