Save Orion race
save had the Orion race few weeks back myself and my Dad filled in forms my dad got his race number on Friday 2 days before the race I didn't receive any race number for myself phoned the the on the race form was told they can not help me I must go on Saturday to the pick up point there will be people there that will be able to assist me got there on Saturday after work around 14 00 had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get someone to assist me as there were 100s of other people who also paid their R260 but did not receive their race number eventually got someone to assist me and was told I'm not registered on their system after showing proof of payment for the race I was told to go to another and he will sort out the problem after waiting another 20 plus minutes the guy gives me my envelope with race number by then all race t shirts was finished. I paid R260 but did not receive my Orion t shirt and a temporary license and iwas not registered on their system so I could not get a finish time paid R260 but only got half of what I paid for. #blackfriday

Terrible door service
Made a booking at Boulder creek spur for 10 45 got to spur at 10 37 there was alot of people queuing outside I spoke to the waiter at the door explaining we made reservations for 10 45 was told by the waiter to wait outside we stood and waited for over 25 minutes while the people in the queue was given tables only after me raising my voice and asking to speak to the manager did the staff let us in to find our table was ready with a reserved sign on it what a waste of almost 30 minutes

Definitely not a happy customer
Ordered a few items on the 15th November 2023 once payment was made delivery date on the takealot app was 20th November on the 16 November date of delivery still 20th November on the 17th of November the date changed from 20th November to 27th November. Phoned takealot customer service was told an item I ordered is not in stock but when I ordered the item on the app it said they have the item. I ordered the stuff for muy son birthday which is on the 22nd of November and the clothes he was supposed to wear for his birthday will only arrive 5 days after his birthday

Terrible customer se...
Terrible customer service received my rain 5g wifi I took the 100 mbps speed did a few speed tests over a few days at different times and found the maximum speed I was getting was around 53 mbps speed I phoned rain customer service 6 time without any help eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told by the supervisor the speed I'm receiving is correct as it is up to 100 mbps paying for 100 mbps and only getting a little over half what I'm paying for is correct according to the supervisor at rain

False advertising
Booked online for the eye test from brookside mall toga optical. On Facebook toga optical at brookside mall was advertising eye test done R90 I booked online for my wife and son got confirmation message to say appointment will be on the 24 of September at 13:30.got to the store at 13:20 and was told they running a little behind as there is alot of people coming in for the eye test when it was finally our turn my wife and son went to fill in the form but was told they not doing eye test must come back next week as we were not interested in purchasing any glasses today we just wanted the eye test done which we booked for.
