Poultry Scam
This is most likely a scam. I used the number given on the (very official looking) website and communicated in Whatsapp. I made a payment to buy 5 chickens. During the following week I received a call from a number that True Caller called: 'Madondo Courier'. They told me to check my email. I received a very sketchy email from "International Transport Company" that told me to pay an insurance fee for delivery that would be 98% refunded. There were no contact details, banking details, company details etc. I then phoned Madondo and said I would not be paying the insurance and would take the risk on myself. They dropped the phone in my ear. I then asked for the VAT number and address. They sent me an address in Orania, on Google Earth there is no buildings on the premises. Liquidation sales through Showy Time
I placed a order labelled: LARGE size, high value package from a toy company liquidation. This cost me $49 WITHOUT shipping. What I received was a single SUP game box... (size around 20 by 15 cm). You can buy this for less than $10 on Amazon. They offered to give me a 20% refund, as return would probably cost me a further $20. That would be just under $10. Which means best case scenario I bought a $9 toy for $40 minus shipping. Will never use these services again. I've learned my lesson.
