I will unfortunately never recommend this company to anyone, as we have literally just lost our house due to our DC' negligence who was not even aware that our debt review application was dismissed in court, allowing the arrears on the bond to accumalate too high, which now forced us to sell our house. This company just gave us more stress and sleepless nights!!
Payflex does not want to refund my money that their app stole from me by making an extra installment and this happened in July already and after countless emails, still no refund from Payflex so I guess they think its ohk to ***** money from hardworking people who always pay their installments on time!
Payflex PLEASE pay back my money that your' system made me overpay by a full R400 installment which is still not refunded back to me!!...I emailed you on the 26th of July already, ticket query 969945, and then I emailed again on the 31st of July since I didnt get any response, but till today, have not been contacted by anyone of your company, eventhough its claimed a 72hrs response time.
Mweb robs poor hard working people by adding R50 to the month to month fiber wifi if the debit order doesnt go through, but when you go on the app the very same day still to make payment, the app doesnt even give you an option to make payment, it only appears a day or 2 later...This is VERY unfair service and treatment from Mweb as this is supposed to be a month to month service with no added extras as we budget for a specific amount and then Mweb still robs us because does CANNOT clasify as a reconnection fee as the wifi is not disconnected this is pure ******ion as this has happened quite a few times already!!! DISRGUNTLED customer!!!!
ABSA you have a low life client banking with you who bought an expensive phone of mine who paid me via instant eft to my capitec account, just for the person to report supposed "*****" to have the money reversed so basically you as ABSA bank helps clients ***** innocent hardworking people's money who do business in good faith with your clients!!
On the 30th of November 2024, I sold a very expensive phone of mine, a Huawei Mate 40Pro, for an amount of R5190, to a guy who paid me via instant eft after he inspected the phone and was happy with it. Now today, the 11th of December 2024, I get sms and email notification from Capitec that my account has been identified as being involved in suspected ***** and the amount of R5190 paid for my phone removed from my account while its "investigated". @Capitec, how is this even possible that someone can just go to their bank, Absa, request a reversal of payment, and you entertain it??? This other person is basically trying to **** me by being in possession of a phone he was happy to buy, as he never even contacted me again after that, and now also wanting his money back on the side. Who knows what everything they did to the phone while it was in their possession as I sold them a perfectly working phone, and for you as Capitec my bank, to handle the matter this way, is shocking to say the least, as nowhere in the smses and emails did you even request my side or additional information before being so quick to remove the funds from my account.
We ordered the uncapped router package from MTN on the 5th of April 2024 but instead of the advertised price of R269/month, were made to pay an upfront fee of R511. Eventhough we do not stay in a "main" centre area, no courier company has ever taken longer than a week max to deliver items to us. Up until today the 7th of May 2024, DSV HAS STILL NOT DELIVERED our router from MTN!...This is VERY BAD AND VERY PATHETIC service from this courier company and I would not recommend anyone to use them!!!

Bought a black planter vase from Mr Price Home Canal Walk branch on the 3rd of September for R170. They did not have bubble wrap to wrap it. When we got to the car, this vase just broke when I took it of of the trolley!...IT WAS NOT DROPPED JUST PICKED UP FROM INSIDE THE TROLLEY AND BROKE!...Is this the quality of products Mr Price Home sells to its customers?????The manager, Leslie, and his tills floor supervisor, had the audacity to tell me they can't assist a customer if an item leaves the store in good condition and in the case of a vase, if it was dropped. Never have we heard a supposed professional store tells their customers this we are still shocked!...I EXPLAINED to them the vase was never once dropped as could clearly been seen from the vase's condition as only the top broke of due to being picked up from the trolley. Inside the shop was also a cracked vase which clearly shows the quality of this product is weak, and yet Mr Leslie had the audacity to tell me its quality tested and he cannot assist me as if he owns the store?!!..Not that I am trying to be funny or anything, but had it been a white customer for example, this whole situation would have been handled so differently!..Yes, R170 is not a lot of money, but to people that already has so little, R170 is the whole world and to spend that amount of money at a store you trusted on such a bad defective product, is quite appalling - I did not even want a refund, I just wanted to exchange the vase!....THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR PRICE HOME CANAL WALK!!...I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT BRANCH AGAIN....Even Pep Home treats its customers better than this!!
I truly feel let down by Standard Bank! I went into Debt review looong before almost 2 weeks or more before a debit order of them needed to go of and yet they still deducted from my account and now they are refusing to refund me which is totally wrong. They already make so much money but still want to take even the little bit we have
