Had a question about a third party claim and ASI explained my options quickly and clearly helping me to make the best decision for myself on the way forward.

Signed up (and paid for) a chance to do 'offline data entry'. I was quickly sent the work via email but no login as promised - to set up a profile on their site. Multiple enquiries in this regard received no repluies. Did the work, 7 full days of data capture (250 pages), and qgqin requested a login to submit my work. Received a reply via a gmail acc to submit my work there which I didn't trust but had no other option so I did. Also had to wait a week or so before I was sent an 'accuracy report' 'disqualifying me ' because I made more than 5 errors per page. I doubt it. I'm very accurate. I asked to the errors, no reply. I asked if I was going to get paid (the work was worth R3500), no reply. Multiple enquiries have yielded the same result. No reply. So they obviously took my work, submitted it and claimed the payment. Very unhappy with this company which I thought looked pretty legit but is obviously not.
Got breakdown assistance this morning. Vehicle was collected and delivered to the mechanic in under 40mins
Moved and had to update my policy with my new details. The guys were friendly and efficient as always and I was done in about 20 mins. New policy was in my email acc within minutes and I received an sms to confirm that the policy had changed. All good . I have used King for many years and will likely continue to do so.
Recently I had to change my address with my vehicle insurer, King Price. I dropped them an email, they called me. Same day, as they usually do when I email them. They get to the point quickly and run through any detail required, automaticaly send me an updated schedule whilst I'm on the phone with them and I can hang up feeling that someone has seen to my query quicky and efficiently. Lucien was friendly, knowledgable, helpful (got me a discount) and efficient. I will always recommend Kinf Price, they're easy to deal with, extremely friendly, efficient and have a fun brand.
Ordered a selection of seed on November 11. Paid a courier fee to get it delievered (I assumed within 48 hrs or so). Weeks later it had not yet been delivered. Tried all the phone numbers and email addresses on their website... numerous calls resulted only in being fobbed off by the order guys who say that the company has no seed. Emails go unanswered and the owner's cell number returns a "message box is full" message. Is it not fraudulent to take people's orders online when you have no stock? Why did he just not tell me he had no stock when I ordered? Why does he not return my money?
