I have had a terrible experience at MTN in Cape Gate for the past 2 months. Tickets logged,incorrect uploads, change in systems,etc. The list goes onI have logged a complaint of yet I am still to receive an update to. I would appreciate an update within 24hours.
The most pathetic, disappointing services ever received since being a client of Standard Bank. My account has been blocked for no reason and there are no answers as to who the responsible individual is and why this was done. No communication received either. Been on the phone for 3 hours only to be told to go into the bank to have my multiple issues they caused, resolved. Considering removing all accounts and policies.1
Mcdonald's pathetic. Why do you advertise items you don't have in stock? Make a not on the board's to inform customers. It's a waste of time and disappointmenting.
I placed an online order with Makro on 26 May 2020. The order was split in 2. First half delivered but the second is yet to be delivered. Wandile Sibeko advised that this will be delivered on 13 July 2020. It is 5 days later making the wait time of over 50 days. I phoned and no one answers. Sent an e-mail and received no response. Went into the Cape Gate store only to be advised to phone in on Monday, 20 July 2020. This is most pathetic service I have ever received.
PATHETIC!!!! Had an a appointment and when I arrived my name was erased from the appointment book. No call to inform me about anything. I won't advise anyone to go there...
