I bought a car from halfway toyota khayelitsha and is under servive plan now it was due for oil service they were suppose to book for me and take the car themselves to ford but i had to take the car myself to ford and what is worse my car finished very early and i had to come back to work and i didnt have the transport so dropped me to my work (ford driver) the people from ford they told me they cannot fetch me to collect my car they short of drivers... then i made an arrangement with halfway toyota khayelitsha to fetch me and go collect my car or they must make an arrangement to collect my car themselves then they told me they will send their driver to fetch me at 5 pm... then i phoned them around about 4 pm to tell that i am available cause the staff from ford were leaving and i had to fetch the car... they told me the driver is coming but they only came past 5 waiting for them and the people from ford they kept on phoning me cause they wanted to leave and they end up leaving my car outside with the security and was so upset.....their service is very poor
