Another day of Zero productivity in South Africa
Went to Kokstad branch to apply for a new passport. Systems were down the whole day!!!!! Had to wait for 3 hours and eventually walked away, as there was no progress in sight! Another day of zero productivity in South Africa.

No customer loyalty from Insurance Broker
A very disappointing experience, where after 12 years loyal customer support, no phone calls were returned, no emails were answered, and absolutely very poor service received. When I needed them the most as my brokers, they were no where to be found.Still waiting to hear from the Owner!

Unreliable Service - Umtata Flights
No words can describe how unprofessional SA Express is. Flights from Umtata gets cancelled and rerouted, without informing the customers . 8 May flight refers. Please do not use SA Express , when flying from Umtata. Airlink is more reliable.
