This is the second time these guys almost killed someone near to me with their absolute reckless driving and disgusting behavior!! Garsfontein and Rubenstein crossing came charging over when it was a four way stop scenario as traffic lights down. Worst behavior with absolute zero respect for fellow road users!! Shame on you!!
DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. LIES UPON LIES UPON LIES -LEFT A STRAP INSIDE ENGINE AROUND GEARBOX-WITH THE APAOLOGY THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CLEAN THE CAR AND SEE THAT THEY LEFT IT? CAR STRANDED TWO DAYS AFTER PICKING CAR UP-POSSIBLE GEARBOX WITHOUT OIL AFTER THEY WORKED ON CLUTCH. CHARGED R9500 AND EVERYTIME HIS TOOLS ARE GONE OR THEY BROKE IN AT HIS PROPERTY-BIGGEST ****** ALIVE THEO BEUKES CNNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL
I have had work done here on three occasions before-the first time round I had no problems. Second time my old roofrack on my FJ Cruiser was thrown away after I explicitly said that I will come and collect it-no call was made to me to ask or warn me that it was gonna be thrown away. They did agree to give me a credit for it-this only after numerous phone calls and emails. I subsequently had to go back because of the credit I had and I wanted to have some work done on the car and needed the Frontrunner kit specifically. My existing Frontrunner tent was fitted but it could not even open when I got home as the brackets on the side were in the way and pushed on the bottom of the tent-I had to fix this myself as I could not take the car back again due to distance and traffic and fuel expenses. They did say that they only openend the tent on the ground and not when it was on the roofrack on the vehicle. To make matters worse my back seats that they removed I cannot fit back into the vehicle now as the brackets are gone they never included it in the bubble wrapped seats they took out. They offered to look into it if I returned-again this means me taking time off work,sitting in traffic and heading back there and wasting hours of my time to try and fix this. Unfortunately I will not visit them again as Ive been disappointed badly twice in a row now. They have excellent products but there is a serious management problem here and even after spending a lot of money they still manage to make mistakes that will frustrate you badly. I will now need to fix these seats myself and spend the money to order the parts from Toyota.
I have done a lot of business with this company over the years and have spent a lot of money here. I can however say that they do not take customer satisfaction seriously anymore and have given me the worst service I have ever received from any company I have dealt with after I've spent a lot of money with them. They make empty promises and are quick to take payment. I have waited 9 months for them to repair their own faults and went as far as to return my vehicle with the same problems and new ones added onto it pretending they have done a good job!! 9 months and this after I had to get legal help to deal with them. After 9 months that I have waited I have to hear from the owner-drive the car and let us know if there are any problems-they seem to know there will be and have said that to me more than once before? Ive had the car for almost a year now and I have driven it 4 times? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS company unless you are prepared to be taken for a fool. I have friends that have also been let down by them recently Anyone reading this can contact me directly for more information and what exactly happened and what work was done for me- I have all the photographs to backup what Im saying.
Will never purchase another product from this company! Feedback, customer care and waiting times are ridiculous with excuses everywhere for their bad service. So sad that customers have to be kept in the dark with their orders and progress times. Make sure you are prepared to wait more than a month for your order.
Spent a lot of money with this company in December 2022. Left my original roofrack with them with clear instructions that I will pick it up again and that I must be contacted if it was in their way by any means. I had no space on my roof to take the original rack with me as well. Rack was trashed without my permission. Contacted them on email and asked for re-imbur*****t. No feedback! This is borderline theft in my eyes of a product worth R6000-7000?
