Poor service all this years nothing change since 1993
Paarl hospital. They useless my father since yesterday 8:00 pm . His still there now 4:00 am his a pensioner 89 years they don't care . Even to call patient 1:00 am . They don't care at all . There reason we taking in our families or love one's we still need them . All this years poor service 1993 until 2026. My mom died in that Hospital.

Bad bad service and communication skills Zero percent
My Zanoxolo Nyama. I have been trying Wonga to remove my name on Credit Bureau or black list . They provided false information that I have an outstanding or overdue of R444 which I was not aware of that amount what was it for until today .. I have been contacted them via emails and calls. They never explained to me that R444 . I have a paid up letter provided by them by they still saying I have an outstanding balance why at the first place they issued paid up letter. My own understanding you can't be provided paid up letter without finished paying your loan or outstanding. The never contacted me to let me know I have an outstanding they just went straight to list my name I have an outstanding balance. It's been more than 3 to 4 months contacting them to remove my name yesterday I gave them a call to ask them to remove my name .

Unprofessional and useless Company ever
My name is Zanoxolo Nyama, I rent a phone from this poor company called Payjoy, I was paying per week R336 for 6 months never missed payment make sure every Monday I make payment. My phone working perfectly and I was enjoying every moment. Now finished paying this phone not even a year after,1 month after I paid in full the phone performance get very poor I thought it's a temporary problem no I was lying to myself, it's a permanent thing. These this Payjoy app you can not uninstall I have tried more than 10 times, The worst part try to fix this issue with them one of the consultant told I must take in my phone for repairs and I must be responsible for the payment. This phone it's not even a year I started to rent this phone on 26 February 2024 the time 14:00. You guys poor service 0 not deserve even one rate star. They can not even help me to remove this crazy Payjoy app on my phone. Listening guys it hurts to pay something and you unemployed and you make sure you make payments R336 per week it's a lot. Now I don't have installment now your useless phone not working always shows this app isn't not supporting.. Tell me please what must I do with this matter? Or DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE ANOTHER NEW RENTAL PHONE!!!!!! I AM SORRY YOUR SERVICE IT'S VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL..

My name is Zanoxolo Nyama this company Finchoice it's easy for them to register your name on credit bureau but to remove it difficult. 5 months now settled the account but my name still on credit bureau I have been trying call and email to remove my name full of stories NRB Risk Solutions email paid letter they also telling me I must follow up myself to Finchoice both this two companies ****mers.
