Worst service I received here, I came here for my baby who had emergency with her tummy as it was raising and causing bile obstruction, my baby has been in pain from 11h13 till 02h59,that time there is only one ambulance that is currently working, night shift needs to have more stuff aswell so that people can be assistance quickly, and this this thing of doctors staying in the office while we feel cold they not thinking for us.
I am very much disappointed by this capitec bank On the 31st December 2023 purchased prepaid electricity and I didn't receive a token but I received an error that there is a problem with municipality, I expected the money to be reversed by 24hours but nope when I check my transaction history it still shows that money was taken Sent them whatsapp and agent advised that it will be reversed and turnaround time passed without anything Sent second WhatsApp they escalated my matter but im so shocked the turnaround time it's 7 days. What are they investigating because my municipality confirmed that any transaction that was done on the 31st is not pulling through on their side which means the problem is with capitec not my municipality. So capitec needs to decide whether they refund me or get me my electricity token coz currently I don't have electricity I'm even scared to purchase the electricity on the app. I need urgent assistance with this matter
The lack service.. How can a first time visit for a pregnant person be attended at 15h30 since they arrive at 6am.. The nurses busy going to lunch for more than an hour forgetting that they left patience to be attended... Like so far this is the worst public clinic I have ever went to.
the service is very..they take too long to attend patience because we the one experiencing pain while they busy walking around like they don't have patience to attend...I've never been so ****ed in my life.they need to do something with their service.
