I am not happy with the response i got when i requested a copy of my funeral policy. I was given a number to call and when i called the number i was told that i have road cover insurance. What a joke and yet another amount of R147 was deducted from my account in November but still no certificate provided. Please i need that certificate or i want all my premiums paid todate refunded
I took out a funeral policy online in 2006 and trying to get hold of this company has been a nightmare. I recently list my sister and requested a certificate with a list of the members covered on the policy, but with no joy. I sent njmerous emails requesting the information with no response from them. I even tried calling the number provided on google search with no luck as the voicemail say an error detected when dialing the number, but they are still debiting my account with R147 every month. I'm very concerned as it look like they none existent. Please i need helo in getting hold of them as this is alot of money that i paid over the years if calculated.
I received numerous messages in December from loanfinder that I qualified for a loan of up to R100000 and that I must activate the application. I completed the app on line and to my suprise I receive a message today 24 January 2019 that my account has been debited with R395 ref loanfinder. On enquiry with one of the consultants Kent I was told that this is a fee for services and that my account will be debited with 97 every month. I never got a loan. This is misleading information and stealing from people. I told them that I'm going expose them on hellopeter. Kent told me that he cancelled my application. I now received a message that my application is cancelled but my identity is at risk. I was also told that if I dispute the debit that the bank will charge me R250. I want my money back as they are helping people. They stealing from us.
