Far from "Optimum" experience
Stay very far away! Had a signed verbal and contractual agreement to transport my goods from JHB to CPT. Company decided last minute to break agreement and bring goods down 2 days late, had none of my belongings to stay in new residence. Movers also unwrapped my thorough heavy duty plastic wrapping and damaged some expensive furniture items.

Shocking Supersonic Service
Shocking customer service. I have spent 3 weeks trying to arrange installation of my line after requesting the package I would like. No matter who I speak to at the call centre, I am passed on to someone who does not help, if I am even passed on to someone as I am often passed onto a blank line. Strongly advise anyone considering using this internet service provider to find another one before experiencing their poor staff complement.
