Terribly disappointed!
I have wasted so much of money, specifically relating to the past 2 weeks. The Classic Tobacco vape has been discontinued, and the staff initially recommended the creamy vape. THIS WAS HORRIBLE! Today (29/04/2024) I opted to buy the Mini Classic Tobacco, and this was DISGUSTING! I was extremely upset when testing the mini vape as this is a mini version AND SHOULD TASTE THE SAME! I would not recommend going to the Vape Guru's if you are looking for disposables. The products are NOT THE SAME as one would assume. Very unhappy client. I have supported them since I started vaping and am terribly disappointed to say the least.

Unauthorized Debit Order!!!
Unprofessional and unjust! The gym contract is not even on my name but Planet Fitness continues to debit my bank account. How can a company accept the contract if the holder of the bank account did not sign? I have sent through cancellation letters as well as telephonically cancelling the debit order but to no avail. Now there is a double debit from my bank account!!!! No assistance received!!!!!! I think it's time for legal action.
