Stay away from this crook

Hi good people. Please be careful when hiring appliance technicians that are not from reputable companies or that aren’t properly qualified. I wasted R3000 on a crooked fridge technician who “fixed” my fridge that actually had an unfixable issue. After being fixed, the fridge still didn’t work, and even though the dodge technician had a 1 year guarantee on his work, he suddenly had memory loss, broken car, and a 1000 excuses as to why he can’t come and check it again. Not to mention that he also got aggressive in his messages. Today I got a properly qualified technician to tell me that my fridge is caput and cannot be repaired. (For info: a fridge should never need to be regassed. If it’s leaking gas - ie water on the floor - then it’s most likely irreparable unless it’s an old fashioned fridge with copper wiring and tubing. These days they use plastic or metal piping that eventually deteriorated and leaks). Do not use Lloyd. He is a complete crook, and a nasty piece of work.
